At SAP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your SAP account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
